Architect "Cum laude" Autonomous University of Santo Domingo (UASD), 1975. Professor for more than 30 years at UASD. Professional practice at Bichara Khoury & Associates, SRL, in design and construction of various types. Secretary General of the Dominican College of Engineers, Architects and Surveyors (CODIA) 1978/79. President of the Society of Architects of the Dominican Republic (SARD) 2012/14. Co-founder of the Dominican Institute of Architecture and Environment (IDAMA) developing research for the study of the bioclimatic reality of the country. (Dominican Republic representative)
