Cesar Ortiz, a graduate of the New York Institute of Technology, grew up in New York City, ACE Mentor, and Whitestone Revitalization Competition Mentor, seeks to foster a healthy and resilient environment through the creation of innovative and thoughtful spaces. An Infrastructure and Interiors Specialist, he has experience designing commercial, laboratory, healthcare, and institutional projects, with experience executing and coordinating projects from conception to construction. His prior experience in facilities management gives him a valuable perspective.
